The hotel's reception area and rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. the breakfast buffet had a good range of Chinese dishes and offered some variety.
The hotel had several negative aspects, which made our stay less enjoyable. there was a lack of English which made communication difficult.

The hotel is in a great location, so close to the train station which made it very easy for us to travel around. the room was clean and spacious, offering a good range of facilities. the breakfast had a good range of Chinese dishes and was a good way to start the day.
The wifi in the room was not working, and we had to negotiate to have a router loaned to us. the bed was a bit too hard for our liking and we found it difficult to sleep comfortably.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, making it easy to come by taxi from Lanzhou West station. the rooms are spacious and clean, with good facilities such as a computer in the executive floor rooms. the breakfast offers a good range of Chinese dishes.
There is no wifi in the room, which can be inconvenient for travelers who rely on internet access.
